New technology, is it a threat or a promise? Technology is now very advanced in many of the countries. It can be a threat as well as a promise. It is a threat as some people misuse technology to invent bombs and also to hack other people accounts. This can caused a lot of harms to people. Inventing bombs can cause many people to die or injured. Some technology invention that can caused harm is the invention of cars. Cars are letting out harmful gases such as carbon monoxide and chlorofluorocarbons ( CFC ) that will cause climate change and it can harm people’s health when people breathe in too much of these harmful gases.

However, cars are also a good technology as it can help to make journey shorter and save time. There is a new technology which is the invention of a free of fossil – fuel vehicles. Some other good technologies are mobile phones, laptop and television. This can be a source of entertainment.

Therefore, I strongly agree that technology is more of a promise than threat. They are more goods than bad in technology.
